Expect meaningfully more square footage than the same budget buys in Cary. Growth has been steady, so appreciation has followed the road projects more than the town line.
Two downtowns
Fuquay and Varina are separate historic districts a mile apart, each with its own character. The older homes near both hold value differently from the new subdivisions on the edges.
