Privacy notice

What is collected

The buyer-intake form collects your preferred name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, optional co-buyer name, and how you heard about me. It also collects details about your home search (timeline, areas, property type, target price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, must-haves, and notes), general financing readiness expressed as ranges and estimates (purchase method, preapproval status, lender name, comfortable monthly payment, income range, debt range, credit-score range, available funds range, gift funds, and the type of identification you expect to use), and information about a property you may need to sell.

All financial questions are optional, are collected only as ranges, and are never verified.

Why it is collected

The information is used solely to respond to your real-estate inquiry and to let me prepare for your consultation. It is not a mortgage application, a loan approval, or financial advice, and it is not used to reject, rank, qualify, or disqualify anyone.

Who processes submissions

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed and stored by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service, which then emails the submission to me. Formspree's own privacy practices govern its handling of that data. Answers are not stored in your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage, are not placed in cookies or URL parameters, and are not sent to analytics tools.

What you should never submit

Do not submit Social Security numbers, ITINs, bank-account or routing numbers, credit-card numbers, tax documents, pay stubs, identification documents, passwords, or any other highly sensitive information through this website. If lending documentation is ever needed, it is handled directly by a licensed lender through their own secure system.

Retention

Submissions are retained for up to 24 months so I can follow up on your inquiry, and longer only where a real-estate transaction record must be kept under North Carolina real-estate recordkeeping requirements. Copies held by Formspree are deleted on the same schedule.

Correcting or deleting your information

You may ask for your information to be corrected or deleted at any time by emailing saul@saulsellsrealestate.com or calling 919-412-6991 with the name and email you used. Requests are honored promptly, except where a record must be retained by law.
